The people working are very nice, they always do their best to answer questions and give you the product you want. They have good conversation and take their time with you. Some may not smoke themselves, or smoke what you smoke, but with the amount of time and care they take with each order allows them to give you other honest customer feedback on the products you are purchasing. I believe it’s the owner if I’m not wrong, any time I happen to pop by and he’s there, he’s really paying attention to what he thinks might be good products by getting customer review and keeping a good amount of stock of popular items which is very admirable
